Summary: Sicus chvalai n. sp. is described from the Altai; Sicus ogumae (Matsumura, 1916) is interpreted as valid species [status rev.]; Myopa annulipes Robineau-Desvoidy, 1830 is not a member of the genus Sicus and is transferred as a nomen dubium to the genus Myopa Fabricius, 1775.

[Keywords: Neobisium svetovidi, Blothrus, Veliko Grotlo, Mts. Velebit, Croatia.] Abstract: The found of eutroglobiotic pseudoscorpion Neobisium (Blothrus) svetovidi Ćurčić, 1988 from chasm Veliko Grotlo (Mts. Velebit, Croatia) is described. Veliko Grotlo is the fourth locality of this species. A key of four eutroglobiotic pseudoscorpions of the subgenus Blothrus of Neobisium from Mts. Velebit (N. stygium Beier, 1931, N. spelaeum (Schiödte, 1849), N. svetovidi Ćurčić, 1988 and N. velebiticum Beier, 1939) is presented.
